Our Story

Where does the name "Adam" come from?

The name "Adam" is not accidental. It points to the first human — and the first table — in human history, the origin of hospitality itself. In every Iraqi home there is a table whose doors never close on a guest. From this idea, Adam was born in Dubai.

Iraq's kitchen is one of the world's oldest. Recipes carried across generations — masgouf grilled on the banks of the Tigris, kubba shaped by patient hands, dolma rolled around a family gathering, chai poured into a slender istikan — each dish is a chapter of a longer story.

Dubai is our second home. It gave us a stage where cultures meet without losing their character. At Adam we present Iraq's authentic soul with the refinement of Emirati hospitality: attentive service, generous portions, and a room designed for long conversations.

We source ingredients daily, grill over real wood, and cook the slow dishes slowly. Nothing is rushed. This is how our grandmothers cooked, and this is how we honor them today.
